For now, the most convenient way to acquire XEL Tokens is via bittrex.com exchange. Elastic Token trades there under ticker XEL and its being exchanged for Bitcoin (BTC).
You first need to have Bitcoins in your bittrex.com exchange Wallet to be able to buy XEL.

Please note that when you send your XEL tokens to Exchange you will need to attach a message to your transaction as described at deposit page in Bittrex.
